TERMS OF SERVICE

1. What YTools is

YTools provides browser-based tools that generate images, video and audio from inputs you supply. You buy credit and spend it per render. There is no subscription.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it. You must be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live, whichever is higher.

3. Credit and payment

Credit is bought in advance and spent as you render. Every tool shows its price before you commit to a render. Credit expires 60 days after purchase and is non-refundable, so buy what you expect to use. If a render fails, the credit for it returns to your balance automatically.

Prices can change. A change never applies to a render you have already paid for.

4. What you upload

You must hold the rights to everything you put into these tools. Do not upload:

• photographs of anyone who has not agreed to appear in your output;
• images of anyone under 18 to any tool that alters a likeness;
• music, footage or artwork you do not hold the rights to;
• material that is illegal where you are or where we operate.

5. What you make

Output you generate is yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not use it to train models. You are responsible for what you publish, including whether it meets the rules of the platform you upload it to.

Generated output is not guaranteed to be unique — a similar brief may produce a similar result for somebody else.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use YTools to make material that impersonates a real person in order to deceive, that harasses anybody, that sexualises minors, or that a reasonable person would call fraudulent. We may suspend an account that does, without refund.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the tools running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Renders can fail, queue, or be delayed. Where a render fails, your credit comes back; that is the extent of our liability for it.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the credit you bought in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost views, or anything that follows from what you chose to publish.

9. Ending it

You can stop using YTools at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms. Unused credit on an account closed for a breach is not refunded.
