What we collect

• Your account. The name, email address and password you give us when you sign up. The password is stored hashed; nobody here can read it.
• What you render. The files you upload, the briefs and settings you choose, and the output produced from them.
• Billing records. Amounts, dates and payment status. Payments are settled by a third-party cryptocurrency processor — we never see or hold your wallet credentials.
• Basic technical data. IP address and request metadata, used to keep the service up and to stop abuse.

What we do with it

We use it to run the tools, to bill correctly, and to answer you when you get in touch. We do not sell it, and we do not use your uploads or your output to train models.

Who else sees it

Rendering happens on infrastructure we operate together with our hosting, storage and model providers, so your inputs pass through them in order to be processed. They act on our instructions and may not use your content for their own purposes. A payment processor handles top-ups and receives only the amount and an order reference.

How long we keep it

Uploads and output stay in your library until you ask us to remove them or your account is closed. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete your account and we will, along with the content attached to it.

Cookies

One cookie holds your signed-in session, and one identifies your browser so signing in here does not sign you out elsewhere. Both are strictly necessary. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@ytools.app and we will respond within 30 days.
